Portion of a semi- detached house with pool and whirlpool in Passignano sul Trasimeno (in the province of Perugia) in a characteristic farmhouse divided into 2 apartments. The holiday apartment at the customers' disposal is subdivided in 2 units, one next to the other, not communicating internally and with independent entrances, whilst the house owner lives on the 1. floor. The property, a green oasis at the borders of the historical center of the town, is ideal to match excursions in the area with relaxing moments in the pool with whirlpool corner (2 people). At guests disposal a large kitchen with wooden oven and a panoramic terrace for alfresco dining. Stone BBQ close to the pool. From the front garden it is possible to admire the lake view, including Isola Maggiore and Isola Minore. Nearby it is possible to visit the town Passignano, from where you can admire the characteristic Rocca Medievale (medieval castle); the lake shore is 500 m and offers many restaurants and shops. In the town there is a train station which allows reaching in short time the main tourist sites of Umbria: Perugia (20 km), Assisi (45 km) and Firenze (120 km), Siena (80 km), Arezzo (70 km) in Tuscany. Do not miss the tourist tour of the lake by ferry connecting the islands with Castiglione del Lago, San Feliciano and Tuoro.

    “- alles vorhanden, was für den täglichen Bedarf notwendig ist
    - 1a-Lage mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno
    - sehr gepflegtes Grundstück, das täglich gereinigt wird
    - tolle private Poolanlage
    - regelmäßig frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche
    - sehr schöne Terrasse mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten
    - angenehme Privatsphäre
    Als wir dieses tolle Ferienhaus bei Novasol gebucht haben, dachten wir zuerst, die Bilder sind sehr stark mit Photoshop bearbeitet. Schon bei unserer Ankunft waren wir total überwältigt ob der Schönheit dieses Objekts. Die Eigentümerin Raymonda, die ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück lebt, hat uns sehr nett empfangen und während unseres Aufenthalts immerwieder darauf geachtet, dass es uns und unseren zwei Hunden an wirklich nichts fehlte. Leider waren wir in diesem Jahr zu spät dran und alles war schon ausgebucht. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen. Vielen Dank Raymonda!!!
