Centrally, yet quietly located holiday home for up to six people with a large, covered swimming pool with a hot tub
This detached single family home is located on Florida's west coast, only 30 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. Cape Coral is west of Fort Myers. It is 30 minutes to Fort Myers Airport, two hours to Tampa and 2.5 hours to Miami Airports. Air Berlin flies direct from Germany to Fort Myers and Miami. Swiss flies direct from Zurich to Miami and Edelweiss Zurich to Tampa. The house was built in 2013 and renovated in 2016
The 135 m² house accommodates up to six people. The living/dining area is furnished with two leather sofas, a coffee table, a television and a dining table and chairs. The open plan kitchen is furnished with a ceran stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker with a milk foamer and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a breakfast bar with three bar stools. One of the three bedrooms is furnished with a 140 cm queen size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower tub, a toilet, a sink and a hairdryer, which is shared with the kids’ room. The kids’ room is furnished with a bunk bed (140 cm on the bottom, 90 cm on the top bunk), a desk and a toy chest. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200 cm) and a television and has a separate bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a sink and a hairdryer. All bedrooms have walk in closets with clothes hangar. The small laundry room houses a new washing machine and dryer; use is included in the rental fee. There is also a clothes rack, so you can hang your laundry to dry outside. A travel cot (up to age two) with a changing table, a sleeping bag and a blanket are available. Heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available in all rooms.
The spacious, covered pool area with a hot tub and a splash area for the little ones offers fun for all ages. There are also a barbecue with a pizza stone, sun loungers and a dining table and six chairs, so you can enjoy your meals al fresco. The garden is planted with local plants. Smoking is only permitted outside. Please keep all windows and doors closed when smoking. Parking for up to four vehicles is available. Pets are not permitted.
The landlord asks that you please treat the house with respect. Please take good care of the pool remote, which should stay in the house and is not a kid’s toy.
The location is great for relaxing and discovering Florida's beauty. You can enjoy absolute privacy here. If any questions arise, the neighbours will happily help out. Shopping facilities can be reached easily by car within five to seven minutes. Larger malls are 15 - 20 minutes from the house.
