Il mare è a solo 10 minuti di macchina e la particolare posizione molto riservata della nostra casa regala agli ospiti una totale privacy .The house extends across a single ground floor, is 250 square meters large, can accommodate up to 17/18 people and is surrounded by a 5000 square meter park where children can play and have fun.The size of our pool is: 19 meters long by 7 meters wide together with a large hydromassage area.In the house you will find a kitchen equipped with all appliances (2 refrigerators, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee stain, ice machine, etc.), a room with two large tables where you can eat together, and a large living room with three sofas, armchair and LCD TV where you can relax.Free Wi-Fi internet service is available for you at home and outside in the gazebo and pool area.Upon your arrival you will find everything you need for your stay: complete set of towels for each guest, sheets, pillows, tablecloths, plates, glasses, forks, knives etc ... you don't have to bring anything with you!The house has 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms as follows:Quadruple Room: Double Bed + 2 Single Beds with en suite bathroomQuadruple Room: Double Bed + 2 Single Beds with en suite bathroomTriple Room: Double Bed + 1 Single Bed with en-suite bathroom (with the possibility of adding a camp bed)Triple Room: Double Bed + 1 Single Bed with en suite bathroomTriple Room: Double Bed + 1 Single Bed with en suite bathroomWe also have an extra bathroom with a washing machine,We also have a cot and a high chair.Outside you can find under our porch tables, chairs to eat outside and sofas where you can relax.The pool is equipped with deckchairs with mattresses and umbrellas.
