This lovely 4 bedroom villa with private pool is in an excellent location, just seconds from the sea and within 10 minutes walk of Protaras centre and Fig Tree Bay.

Outside, the large garden and pool area provides plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and outside dining.

Inside, the villa is nicely furnished with modern decor. There is an open-plan sitting area, dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a W/C.

Upstairs, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. There is a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower, along with a separate shower and toilet room. A spacious outside balcony area offers sea views.

Satellite TV and free WIFI are provided and the villa has full air-conditioning.

Overall, an excellent villa for families or groups who want to be close to the resort centre and beach.

The cosmopolitan resort of Protaras has quickly become one of the most popular tourist destinations in Cyprus in recent years. The resort has a lot to offer to visitors of all ages and is mainly geared towards families and those wanting to enjoy a sun-filled beach holiday. Along with a number of quality hotels, the resort boasts numerous luxury rental villas and apartments, which are located throughout the resort area within easy reach of all the resort has to offer.

A wide selection of friendly restaurants, local tavernas, bars and cafes are open throughout the summer months offering something to suit all tastes. Enjoy a cocktail and a candlelit dinner at one of the many seafront restaurants or party until the early hours on the resort’s main central strip.

A newly built seafront promenade connects Protaras to the neighbouring resort of Pernera and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer.

A day at the famous Fig-Tree bay is definitely recommended whether you want to just laze in the sun or spend the day swimming in the clear waters of the Mediterranean.

The more lively resort of Ayia Napa with its famous nightlife Square is just a 10 minute drive away if you want to enjoy the many nightclubs it has to offer.

Protaras is definitely a resort for all ages with many visitors returning time and time again.

    “Rent och fint när vi kom. Kylen påfylld med vatten och det nödvändigaste för frukost. Kändes väldigt välkomnande. :-)
    Representanten från Imagine Villas Rentals var mycket hjälpsam och vi kände oss väl omhändertagna.
    Har bara gott att säga om huset. Det man ser i beskrivningen på nätet stämmer väl överens med verkligheten. Det fanns adaptrar för elen så det funkar fint att ladda telefonen.
    Kan varmt rekommendera detta hus.
    Vi hyrde inte bil och det fungerade fint. Det fanns en mindre affär väldigt nära huset där man kunde köpa vatten och dryck som är tungt att bära. Resten handlade vi på Lidl som vi promenerade till på ca 15-20 minuter.”
