This lovely townhouse offers 3 bedrooms and a large terrace where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. The accommodation is located in a very quiet residential area, but the beach and the large beach promenade with countless shops, cafes and numerous leisure activities are just a few meters away. The village of Santa Susanna boasts lovely beaches, many of which are particularly child-friendly. In the area you can go hiking, golfing, biking, take boat trips and enjoy various water sports.

    “Haus wurde über TUI Villas gebucht – Anbieter ist aber Novasol.
    Klärung von Vorabfragen zum Objekt war etwas schwierig. Novasol konnte nicht alles beantworten und meine Mail (in Englisch) an die Kontaktadresse blieb unbeantwortet.
    Dass man den Schlüssel für das Objekt in einem 6 km weiter südlich gelegen Ort abholen und auch zurückbringen muss, erfährt man erst nach der Buchung. Bei dem dichten Verkehr war das jeweils zweimal eine halbe Stunde zusätzlich.
    Das Ferienhaus ist ein schmales Reihenhaus in einer ruhigen Straße (Breite: eine Garageneinfahrt + Haustürbreite), eingerichtet nach dem Geschmack der Besitzer. Wenn man von Kleinigkeiten absieht (z.B. wackelnder Wasserhahn, gesprungeneTürwandung bzw. Fliesen), die uns in einem Ferienhaus nicht weiter stören, war es eigentlich ein schönes Quartier – aber… was uns gestört hat, war die mangelnde Sauberkeit in der Küche und der unappetitliche Duschvorhang im Bad (mit Schimmel). Außerdem war die Garage bei unserer Anreise und auch später immer mal zugeparkt.
