Child Friendly Holiday Apartment in El Turman with Garden, Terrace and Whirlpool and Ocean Views
This comfortable holiday flat boasts colourful interior, modern equipment and amenities. This flat is located in an upscale neighbourhood above the cliffs in Agaete in north-western Gran Canary. From the property you can enjoy beautiful views of the Tamadaba Natural Reserve, the Teide and Tenerife. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the town centre with its cafes and restaurants, the beach and amenities.
The handicap accessible, ground floor 80 m² flat was built in 2005 and renovated in 2016. From the hallway, you access the double bedroom, a children's bedroom with an extendable single bed, the wellness bathroom and the living/dining room with the semi open plan kitchen and access to the conservatory. This bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm x 200 cm double box spring bed with nightstands and reading lamps. The wardrobe offers plenty of storage space. The second bedroom accommodates the children. The 90 x 200 cm single bed can be extended, resulting in two 90 x 200 cm beds. Adjacent, you will find a large desk. Toys and a flat screen television will keep you and the kids entertained. At the centre of the apartment is the large living/dining area. There is a sectional and a sofa bed for one. For your evening entertainment, there is a 45" a flat screen satellite TV with a USB connection. Adjacent is the dining table and four chairs. An oscillating fan offers a cool breeze when needed. The semi open plan kitchen is fully loaded with an induction stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and appliances, including a microwave, a coffee maker and a compact barbecue. The bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi tub, a level access shower, a sink and a toilet. The living room grants access to the conservatory, where you can utilize a work space. A wireless internet connection is also at your disposal. A washing machine is at your disposal.
The 30 m² patio, furnished with two sun loungers, offers beautiful views of the ocean and the coastline. The awning offers welcome shade, so you can comfortably enjoy your meal al fresco. Parking for one vehicle is available.
A walking path takes you to the ocean (300 meters). Taking the path into the other direction takes you into town, where you will find shops, restaurants and cafes and supermarkets. There are beautiful hiking trails in the vicinity. A pebble beach is nearby. A ferry services Santa Cruz, the neighbouring island. It is 25 minutes (about 30 km) to Las Palmas on the motorway.
