Daily cleaning performed by the owner of the swimming pool, adjacent solarium and the entire external flooring. The work will have a duration of two hours and thirty minutes, concluding at 7.30 am.

The Villa Maya Resort is located in via Cecco Angiolieri 2, Mazara del vallo (tp) Sicily Italy; A 29 motorway exit (Palermo-Mazara) in the direction of Mazara del Vallo SS 115, fifth kilometer left. The structure stands in an area of 2000 square meters, with exteriors covered in travertine bone marble in chromatic contrast with the intense red colour, bounded by balconies in Tuscan terracotta with antiqued wrought iron railings and light plates in Rococo style; Mediterranean vegetation, it is surrounded by a botanical garden and an orchard.

In addition, the exteriors are paved in white Piacenza stone with daily hydration gress planks; outbuilding with glass sliding doors, wooden gress planks with majolica stone kitchen and large barbecue h 1.00 from the ground line. Solarium paved with luxurious eucalyptus parquet knurled planks, furnished with oriental bamboo sofas, adjacent to the busatta swimming pool with edges in white stone of 15.00 meters, of which I personally take care of the chemical treatment of the water; robot takes care of daily cleaning of the tub, service with sanitary ware and shower. The structure has a 10 kwatt photovoltaic system, which decisively optimizes electricity consumption, a large induction hob, sauna, jacuzzi, oxygenation of the swimming pool, air conditioners. On the raised ground floor is the dining space with the adjoining fully-equipped kitchen, the living room and an open living room for relaxing, a guest WC and a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner. The kitchen consists of walnut wood and includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge and little cooking island for breakfast or a little snack. The adjoining open-plan living room comprises a coffee table, a couch and two sofas, as well as a flat-screen TV and a fireplace that you are welcome to use. The lounge area with a light interior invites you to relax. It has a cupboard, a book cabinet and two armchairs. The bathroom on this floor provides a steam shower, a bath with a whirlpool and massage jet function, a bidet, a washbasin and a big mirror, as well as a light dresser. The stairs with a white balustrade lead to the upper floor, which comprises four stylishly furnished and light bedrooms along with a further big bathroom. Three bedrooms have a double bed (180 x 200cm), a wardrobe and a dresser, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 200cm), a desk and a corner cupboard. A children’s bed/cot can be provided free of charge. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and washbasin. All the living rooms and bedrooms have air conditioning. The individual rooms of the holiday house have a tasteful and exceptional décor. The furniture consists mostly of solid wood, as well as the door and window frames. The interplay of materials and the select design of the furniture give the respective rooms a both rustic and elegant charm.

The 53m² outdoor area of the holiday accommodation includes a roofed outdoor kitchen and a private pool for the exclusive se of house guests. The relaxation area near the pool provides deckchairs, seating and tables, and is laid with eucalyptus parquet. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, worktop, sink, dining table with chairs and a fridge and freezer, as well as a high-quality grill. The outdoor kitchen with a sloped roof can be closed if required to be able to eat outdoors despite any wind. Deckchairs and seating with tables are available for relaxing and sunbathing. You can use four outdoor parking spaces free of charge. The house is on an (asphalted) private road.

Please note that the holiday accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. On the ground floor there is a one-room apartment used by the owner. On the upper floor, Internet access is only possible with a LAN cable connection. Four bicycles and a child seat are available.

Despite the quiet location of the holiday house, it is easy to get to shops, entertainment and hiking paths. The nearest grocery shop is just 150 m away and the hiking path just 50, away. Cafes and restaurants, a tennis court and a golf course for sports enthusiasts, as well as the sea, are just 1.5 km away. The Val di Mazara covers the vast geographical area from Palermo to Agrigento. It is strongly influenced by the Arab-Norman architectural heritage and many Greek archaeological sites are known all over the world. In addition to visiting the numerous churches and monuments, you can also spend your leisure time in many other ways: Wine tasting and gastronomic tastings in the best wine cellars in the region, visits to islands and walks in nature parks along the coast, sporting activities (e.g. cycling, windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking, sailing), yoga and cooking courses and much more. On request, the landlords will be happy to arrange experienced tour guides* and sports coaches* or help with hiring rental cars, bicycles or sports equipment.
