This generous and detached thatched house near a Baltic Sea beach is on the newly developed holiday house estate Ostseepark Glowe, which is enclosed and has no through traffic. There is a playground for children on the complex.
In good weather you can enjoy the individually and charmingly laid-out garden with plenty of seating and space to relax, parasols, a charcoal grill and a canopy beach chair. The house stands on a 630m² site for your own exclusive use and is fully fenced in. There are plenty of car parking spaces right on site, as well as a carport with an adjoining storage room. There is a hand cart for children, as well as a playground on the complex. Pets are not allowed.
The holiday house provides around 155m² of living space and has an individual, modern and family-friendly interior. The fully tiled ground floor has a generous living and dining space with two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, a long dining table for up to eight people and a fireplace. You can relax during the cold season by the warm fireplace. The adjoining open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a waffle iron, an ice cream machine, a coffee machine. The owner can provide a highchair and board games for all ages. The bathroom on the ground floor has a separate toilet with a little washbasin, a spacious rain shower with a Kneip hose, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a separate organic sauna with chromotherapy and relaxing music. The tiled upper floor has three bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed 160cm wide, while the third has two single beds 90cm wide. A free child’s bed/cot is available in addition. You can relax in the separated gallery room flooded with daylight, listen to your favourite music or read an interesting book without being disturbed by anyone. The generous bathroom on this floor has a rain shower, a double washbasin, a toilet, a bidet and a comfortable bath with a whirlpool function, which will relax any stressed muscles. The converted attic houses two further bedrooms each with two single beds (90cm wide). The rooms are separated off and so ensure privacy. A further guest WC rounds off this area. All the windows have a fabric blind and a fly screen, which also applies to doors out onto the terrace. A stereo system, a Blu-ray player, several LCD TVs, free wireless Internet access, (underfloor) heating throughout the house, a washing machine and dryer are all provided as part of the modern and high-quality amenities.
It is just a few minutes to the centre with various shops and restaurants. In nearby Sagart you can find further shops. It is just 7-10 minutes on foot to the fine sandy beach and the harbour, providing entertainment for all ages. The renowned long sandy beach at Glowe offers a range of leisure facilities and invites you to have fun and swim. It is about the same distance to the wild beach, easy to get to through the Kurpark and along steps. The Jagdschloss Granit, a boat trip to Usedom, Hiddensee or the chalk cliffs, as well as a trip to Mönchsgut are always worthwhile. You shouldn’t miss the Störtebeker Festspiele.
The holiday house is non-smoking and therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers. A travel bed and a highchair are available free of charge. You can hire additional travel beds and highchairs from the caretaker. Towels, tea towels and bed linen are included in the laundry package, as well as making the beds.
