Stone-built house in a small and ancient hamlet set on the top of a hill (350 m a.s.l) surrounded by large woods. View of the surrounding hills and reaching as far as to offer a glimpse of the sea. Peaceful position. Small garden with gazebo, slide and swing for children next to the house and swimming pool with panoramic view, available in exclusive use and located behind the owners’ house, 20 meters away. The house can not be reached by cars (the last 120m of the small road are accessible on foot only). Location: 3 km grocery shop, 9 km all kinds of shops, 19 km from the seaside (Viareggio: both free beaches and bathing resorts) and Lucca, 40 km Pisa, 100 km Florence.

    “Sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine vorhanden, allerdings ist der Pool NICHT am Haus, sondern über einen kleinen Weg im Nachbarhaus gelegen. Die Dusche im Haus kann fast nicht benutzt werden, da keine Duschabtrennung vorhanden. Im Anbau befindet sich eine zweite Dusche, welche aber renovierungsbedürftig ist. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.”

    “Beim Eintreffen hat uns eine sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin mit frisch gebackenem Kuchen und einer Flasche besten Rotweines begrüßt. Die Vermieter, sowie deren Kinder sind wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit und bringen das Gepäck mit einem kleinen Fiat vom geparkten Auto zum Haus und auch bei Abreise wieder zurück. Das Haus selbst - sehr sauber, und bestens ausgestattet. Der Pool befindet sich leider nicht auf dem gleichen Grundstück, sondern gegenüber auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter. Wir haben den Pool allerdings auch nicht gebraucht. Die Vermieter, sowie alle anderen Dorfbewohner sind sehr hundefreundlich.”
