Apartment in Senj with Private Parking

This light 100m² holiday apartment is right by the forested foothills of the Mala Kapela mountains, in the historical little coastal town of Zengg along the Croatian Adriatic coast.Spacious holiday apartment with a grill area on the private sunny terrace and with use of the vegetable garden belonging to the house

The outdoor area features a private sunny terrace with a grill area and a table with chairs. You can relax outside here with a view over the forested landscape. You can help yourselves from the shared, charmingly planted vegetable garden. If you arrive by car, there are parking spaces right in front of the house.

The apartment occupies the whole upper floor of a two-storey residential house and consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space, three bedrooms and two daylight bathrooms. The living room provides a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver and a safe for your valuables. The kitchen next to it is equipped with a two-zone gas and two-zone electric hob with a cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. There is also a dining table with six chairs. Two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), while the third has a larger double bed (200 x 200cm). The sofa in the living room can be converted into a further double bed for two children. One bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower attachment, the other with a shower cubicle. Both also have a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet and a toilet. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms for your convenience. Wireless Internet access is available in the apartment free of charge and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided.

Your apartment is about 400 metres from the blue Adriatc and the nearest beach. In the centre, within 100 metres, you can find all everyday amenities: shops, cafés and restaurants. The romantic harbour in the little town is about 300 metres away.

    “Schönes Objekt mit viel Platz ( wir waren 7) große helle Räume, gut ausgestattet ( WM- Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, sehr wichtige Klimaanlage in 2 Räumen.Liegt in einer Einbahnstraße (bis auf Fußgänger kaum Verkehr, größer Balkon/ Terasse der zu allen Tageszeiten sonnig ist.
    3min zu Fuß zum 1.kleinen Spielplatz, 8 min zum Ortskern, 10 min zur 1. Bademöglichkeit
    Weitere 10 min zu Fuß zu einem für Kleinkinder geeigneten Standabschnitt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5-10 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen”

    “Etwas ruhig gelegenes Ferienobjekt in einer Einbahnstraße, große helle Räume, großer immer in der Sonne liegender Balkon und Terrasse, die zwei Bäder auch für mehr Personen (wir waren 7) ausreichend, von Vorteil die Waschmaschine, prima Klimaanlage
    Lage: direkt unter der alten Burg, fünf Fußminuten zur 1. Bademöglichkeit, 10 Minuten zum Ortskern, mehrere Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe (Parkmöglichkeit bisschen ein Glücksspiel)”
