Villa with a patio, a balcony and a pool and stunning ocean views

This villa is quietly located, only a stone's throw from the ocean on Costa Teguise on Lanzarote's east coast.

The villa accommodates up to six people on two floors. The living/dining room on the ground floor is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a television and a dining table and six chairs. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dish washer and a coffee maker. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms; the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are furnished with a large double bed or two single beds. The second bathroom offers a bathtub, a double sink and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available.

Take a dip in the pool, and then relax on the sun loungers on the patio in the garden. The partially covered patio is furnished with a table and chairs and a barbecue. The balcony also offers stunning views over the ocean. Parking is available in a garage.

Restaurants, shops and supermarkets are easily accessible on foot. It is about 20 km to the airport.

    Prima huisje met mooie ligging vlak aan de boulevard.
    Wel een eindje stappen om inkopen te doen, als je geen auto hebt.
    De restaurants en uitgaansfaciliteiten, toch zeker 20 min. stappen. Wij vonden dit niet zo erg, daar de boulevard echt mooi en heel netjes was.
    Een kamer kon je niet verduisteren, wel erg vervelend!
    Badkamers voorzien van alle gemakken.
    Zeer goede Wifi.
    De keuken goed uitgerust, mss een kookpot meer(voor 6 personen zeker nodig)
    Het zwembad werd goed onderhouden.”

    “Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, en ligt aan de het begin van de boulevard.
    Bij aankomst een onaangename geur uit de afvoer putjes maar bij het in gebruik nemen van het huis werd dit minder en een open afvoer achter in het hoek keuken kastje hebben we zelf dicht gemaakt middels een vod. Ruime koelkast, fijne oven. TV had enkel spaans gesproken zenders, maar ja we gaan niet op vakantie naar Spanje om TV te kijken. Alles was schoon en netjes. Voldoende handdoeken en keuken gerei. Op een kamer konden we niet verduisteren dus hebben we daar zelf wat extra's voor het raam gehangen. Al met al een aanrader.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr schon mit Meerblick, sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber.
    Der Pool wird mehrmals pro Woche gepflegt.
    Alles unkompliziert.
    Es stellt einen kleinen Wermutstropfen dar, dass man in der Nähe nicht in das Meer gehen kann.”

    “de villa's zijn mooi gelegen in een doodlopende straat aan zee ( rotsen) Het interieur prima: grote kamers, heel goede douches ( warm water duurt wel lang) en goede bedden met voldoende kastruimte
    living is goed en gezellig ingericht, keuken ook maar niet helemaal proper en er zijn vnl veel te weinig glazen aanwezig ( wij waren met 3 en dat lukte net ) ; koelkast-vriezer-oven & microgolf zijn erg praktisch;bergruimte achter huisje met wasmachine en vuilbakken is heel handig .
    de airco werkte niet altijd even goed maar het was doenbaar.
    In de tuin een mooi zwembad( prima onderhouden) met ligbedden maar ook hier slecht 3 goede zetels ( 3 kapot) en slechts 3 matrasjes aanwezig ; leuke bbq en tafel in de schaduw ; veel privacy in de tuin
    De ruimte rond het huis is groot maar enkel stenen & cactussen
    Boven is er een mooi dakterras met zeezicht
    .Het naastgelegen complex is heel verouderd en lellijk met vaak veel lawaai: honden en renovatiewerken
    De service van Jose is top: veel uitleg en problemen worden a la minute opgelost , steeds correct en vriendelijk.”

    “Nicely situated house with a lot of privacy. The things lacking were a bigger boiler on the one hand, so more than 1 person could shower. Now we had to wait an hour for the boiler to heat up again for a 2nd person to shower... And some more crockery and cutlery on the other hand would have been nice (small bowls for crisps, cereal, olives, etc..) Not a lot of pans if you would want to cook yourself (we went out to eat all the time)
    For the rest : perfect stay & José is very accomodating. If there is a problem he reacts immediately”
