Zwei Ferienwohnungen in einem freistehenden, romantischen alpenländischen Landhaus in idyllischer Bergumgebung


Diese beiden Ferienwohnung befinden sich eingebettet in die bergige Landschaft um die Ortschaft Vorfusch (Gemeinde Bruck an der Großglocknerstraße) im malerischen Salzburger Land. Hier bietet sich eine ideale Unterkunft für einen entspannten Erholungsurlaub mit viel frischer Luft und Natur.

Die beiden Ferienwohnungen belegen die obere Etage eines zweistöckigen, 1980 im traditionellen, apenländischen Landhaus-Stil neu erbauten Wohnhauses, dessen untere Etage vom Vermieter bewohnt wird.

Ein Auto wird während Ihres Aufenthaltes empfohlen, die Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus stehen Ihnen während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung.

Und obwohl der Vermieter gleich in der unteren Etage selbstverständlich stets auf Ihre Privatsphäre bedacht ist, steht er Ihnen bei Fragen jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung.

Das Landhaus befindet sich in einer etwa 10 minütigen Autofahrt von Zell am See. Im Zentrum der Ortschaft Bruck finden Sie alles für den täglichen Bedarf: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine gute Auswahl an Cafes und Restaurants. Vom Bahnhof Bruck-Fusch (etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg) bieten sich regelmäßige Verbindungen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung.

The 75m² holiday apartment on the upper floor consists of a light living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The living room provides a comfortable sofas and a matching armchair, as well as a TV with cable connection. You go through a round archway into the modern Kitchen with a four-zone electric hob and extractor fan, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge wit freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. You can enjoy leisurely holiday breakfasts at the table and chairs. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. The separate guest toilet is convenient. A highchair is available and bed linen is provided. Wireless Internet access is included in the rental price. Ski storage and boot dryer is available. Bicycle storage is also available.

You can enjoy an extensive panoramic view from the balcony over the mountains of the Salzburger Land.

There is no garden access, and therefore no possibility to grill / bbq.

The Zell am See region is a beautiful summer resort. The lake has a number of beaches and various water-sports can be undertaken in numerous locations around the lake. Remarkably the water temperature can reach up to 22 °C. If you wish to relax and gaze at the mountains from out on the water, then a scenic cruise or ferry crossing on lake Zell is a beautiful way to spend an hour or two.

Bruck itself lies in the ‘Hohe Tauern National Park‘. Here you will find wonderful meadows and gorges with wild flowers and waterfalls. The whole area is a paradise for Nordic walkers, ramblers and mountain bikers , as there are seemingly unlimited trails to explorer. Bike rentals are available in many locations including here in the village. ‘Tettenwand‘ and ‘Gletscherseeplatte‘ rock faces offer some excellent climbing for both novices and experts.

Just an hours drive in any direction and you will find some of the most amazing attractions such as; the largest ice caves in the world at ‘Werfen‘, one of the highest waterfalls in the world at ‘Krimml‘, the ‘Grossglockner high alpine road‘, Salt & Copper mines and the historical area of ‘Berchtesgaden‘.

For the more adventurous, there are activities such as white water rafting, canyoning, and rock climbing. And if that still isn’t enough then why not pop down to the light airfield in Schüttdorf, where paragliding and other airborne activities are to be found.

Our Apartment House is situated directly on the Grossglocknerstrasse. This famous alpine road which leads you into the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park and to the highest mountain in Austria, the ‘Grossglockner’ (3,798m) and its glacier the ‘Pasterze‘. You will have the most amazing driving and nature experience of a special kind on 48 kilometres of high alpine road with 36 hair-pin bends, and an altitude ascent to 2,504 metres! Why not combine the trip with a wander around the Wildlife park at ‘Ferleiten‘. Located 6km from the Chalet, just before the toll road starts. Here you will meet some of the animal inhabitants of the region such as Bison, Bears, Lynx, Wolves, Deer, and the Ibex Goat, which is a type of mountain goat, unique to the Alps.

In nearby Kaprun, the ‘Tauern Spa’ offersd increased wellness and relaxation options all year round. Also located there in Kaprun is one of the finest golf courses in Austria which offers 36 holes, surrounded by the most stunning of views.

The Glemm valley, running from East to West from the top of the Zeller See is home to the hochseilpark which is Austria's biggest high rope course, as well as the Glemmy off-road park where you can race Quad bike‘s or Buggy‘s.

‘Bruck-Fusch‘ station offers brilliant connections to both Salzburg and Innsbruck. Salzburg is one of Europe’s most appealing cities, blessed with a stunning location by the banks of the Salzach river and surrounded by glorious scenery. The medieval Hohensalzburg fortress, overlooks the narrow cobbled streets of the old town, where amongst the quaint craft shops and typical Austrian coffeehouses, you will find some serious shopping to be done. Church steeples, Baroque and Rococo domes rise above historic rooftops, and courtyards. You may prefer to seek out a traditional beer hall for a glass of the local creamy-topped Steigl beer, while culture lovers can visit the house of Mozart, Salzburg’s most famous son, along with many museums and galleries. Salzburg was also the setting for the ever-popular musical the Sound of Music, and every summer the city hosts the prestigious Salzburg Festival, with a packed programme of opera, drama and concerts.
Innsbruck, the Capital of Austrian Tyrol is a charming historic city in the Inn Valley, surrounded by forested mountain scenery. The compact city centre is a delight to walk around and also has an extensive tram system. Innsbruck’s old town is full of ornate baroque mansions, museums and medieval churches, along with the splendid Imperial Palace and the gilded ‘Golden Roof’ pavilion in its central square. The city is a fantastic option for those wanting to combine culture with outdoor activities, as cable cars and excellent transport links make it easy to visit the nearby mountains for walking and hiking.

In the winter there is a free ski bus service which stops 200 metres from the front door of the house. This takes you to the nearby ski areas in Zell am See and Kaprun. There is ample parking (even in high season), both at the Areitexpress cable car giving you access to the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See (10 min drive), or the Maiskogel/ Kitzsteinhorn, in Kaprun (15 minutes' drive), where snow is guaranteed from November through to the end of May due to the Glacier. In Zell am See-Kaprun, your ski region in Austria, a total of 408 kilometers of pistes in three top ski areas await you with the Ski ALPIN CARD: The Schmittenhöhe is your family-friendly, sun-drenched ski area and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area offers high-alpine experiences and varied pistes. The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn also attracts visitors. You can discover all of these ski areas in SalzburgerLand with just one ticket: with the Ski ALPIN CARD you can travel in all three ski areas around Zell am See-Kaprun.

After a tiring day on the slopes it goes without saying there is always plenty of Aprés Ski going on.

Cross-country skiing, Tobogganing, Curling, Snow Tubing, Horse-drawn Sleigh rides and both indoor and outdoor ice skating are also very close by.

If you fancy trying your hand at something new there is an outdoor ice go-kart racing track in Leogang. Snowmobil-city in Viehhofen just 25mins away gives you the opportunity to drive a skidoo or even a piste-basher.

    “Positiv: Alles, die Ferienwohnung war einfach nur perfekt. Die Ausstattung, die Einrichtung, Sauberkeit war tip top, besser geht es einfach nicht.
    Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und absolut hilfsbereit. Auch da kann man nur sagen: absolut top, besser geht es nicht.
    Da wir als Teilnehmer an der Feuerwehrauto Weltmeisterschaft mit einem Feuerwehr Löschfahrzeug angereist sind und vorher bedenken wegen dem Parkplatz hatten, auch das hat hervorragend geklappt und stellte keine Probleme dar.
    Kurz um: wir werden gerne wieder kommen.”
