Holiday house with three comfortable apartments, right by the lake

This is a holiday house with three comfortable apartments, right near the lake Ribnitzer See. Ribnitz-Damgarten is at the foot of the Fischland-Darss-Zingst peninsula and owing to its central location it is a good starting point for many trips.

The apartments are exclusively furnished and equipped and are let out all year round. The ground floor welcomes up to four people in the apartment no. 234096 with a balcony and 60m² of living space. The apartment no. 325429 is on the upper floor, is of the same size and is also for up to four guests. The second floor welcomes a couple in apartment no. 1199559 measuring 50m² with a roof terrace. On cold days, each apartment has its own heating. The kitchens are generous and provide all the usual present-day appliances (microwave, coffee machine, kettle, four-zone ceramic hob with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment). A radio and DVD player contribute to the entertainment and there is satellite TV in two rooms, catering to different interests. Wireless Internet access is available.

There are car parking spaces on site. On arrival, copies of passports of adult guests are needed for the registration. Your e-mail address and mobile telephone number are required for communication.

You can go walking or cycling right behind the site along the lake and explore a unique landscape. You can hire bicycles at a good price in the neighbourhood. Within 300 metres you can find restaurants, cafés, a supermarket and a bakery. It is worth going on a visit to the Deutsches Bernsteinmuseum 700 metres away, the nearby bird sanctuary, the beach (10km) and the waterskiing facility at the lake Bernsteinsee.

Light, newly renovated attic apartment with a roof terrace and a fabulous view of the lake

This is an apartment on the second floor with a fabulous view of the lake Ribnitzer See. It is a generous apartment with 50m² of living space for two people, comprising a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a cosy living room and a modern bathroom. It was newly built in 2016 and provides a high standard of residential comfort for a holiday for two. Owing to the skylights, all the rooms of the apartment are very light. The external blinds can be closed at the push of a button. The bedroom is furnished with a French double bed. A wardrobe built in under the sloping ceilings provides ample storage space for your clothing. There is a wall-mounted flatscreen TV in the bedroom. You can sit comfortably on the two-seater sofa after a day trip. The living room faces the lake and affords a view of the sunset over the lake every evening. A flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a radio with a CD player and USB port provide entertainment. The kitchen corner includes a stove with a four-zone ceramic hob and an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom comprises a glass shower cubicle, a washbasin, a WC and a hairdryer. This apartment also has heating in the shower room and can be used all year round.

Like in the whole house, smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Out of consideration for the next guests, especially children and allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. From June to August the apartment can only be booked by the week from Saturday to Saturday.

The apartment can be booked in the months of June-August only from Sunday to Sunday.

    Positiv: 1000 Sachen
    Negativ: - nervige Anmeldeprozedur und ein paar Kleinigkeiten

    Trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder und dann ist sicher alles NOCH besser”
