This holiday house is in the little village of Vadalj, a quiet and beautiful village five kilometres from the sea, above Primosten. Owing to its location, you can benefit from a unique view of the sea and the Kornati Islands, as well as incredibly impressive sunsets, with the sun immersing the sky in blue, orange and violet. Despite the proximity to Primosten, the house is surprisingly quiet, far enough away from the noise of town and daily hustle and bustle, where you can enjoy the pristine surrounding nature with olive trees and vineyards. The one-storey house was renovated in 2016. It is in a slightly elevated location above the pool area and is suitable for up to six people. It has modern and well-maintained and provides all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Two of the three comfortable bedrooms have a double bed 160cm wide, while the third has a single bed 90cm wide. The centrepiece of the house is the spacious living room, which comprises a sitting, dining and cooking space. The sofa has a bed function for a further person to sleep on. A TV and a DVD player are provided. The dining space can seat six guests and the kitchen is fully-equipped, including a dishwasher, so nobody has to do washing up on holiday. The house has a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower attachment, a WC and a washbasin, as well as a guest WC. The air conditioning can be used free of charge.

It is not only the quiet location that is restorative, the beautiful garden by the house will also delight you. The focal point is the 8 x 4-metre pool that can be illuminated in violet, red or green as a special feature. The whole outdoor area can also be illuminated, so you can sit outside into the night or can swim in the pool at night. You can find a spot to retreat to in the garden. How about sunbathing on the loungers by the pool or have a little nap on the terrace by the house in the comfortable armchairs? From the upper terrace by the house there are stairs down to the pool and a further outdoor sitting area. The parking spaces by the house are free.

You will enjoy the amazing view on islands of Kornati and the most beautiful sunsets.. You’ll love my place because is located in an amazingly quiet, peaceful place in a truly beautiful setting, close to center of Primošten, but far enough to enjoy in a pure nature with olive trees and vineyards. If you emagine your vacation far away from noisy cities and daily rush, this is a right place for you. .

The peaceful location is ideal for spending a quiet and leisurely holiday at the heart of Dalmatia. It is just a 30-minute drive to Krka national park with the famous waterfalls. Swimming is allowed in this park. The historical town of Sibenik a 20-minute drive away has plenty to offer for guests interested in culture. The town is famous for its cathedral, which is a UNESCO world cultural heritage site, as well as for its 24 churches, six monasteries, four ramparts, beautiful beaches and surrounding islands.

    “Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Primosten im sehr kleinen Ort Vadalj. Es befindet sich leicht zurückgesetzt an der Straße, die kaum befahren wird und somit sehr ruhig. Das Highlight ist die Außenanlage mit Terrasse, Pool und Beleuchtung. Der schattige Platz unter dem Gartenpavillon ist ungemein praktisch bei Mittagshitze. Von der Terrasse aus haben wir abends den Sonnenuntergang vor der Kulisse von Meer und Inseln bewundern können, sensationell. Das Haus war sehr sauber und neu möbliert, wenn auch die Einrichtung keinen hochwertigen Eindruck machte, aber es war alles da, was man brauchte. Extrem praktisch fanden wir den Gasgrill im Garten, die Waschmaschine und W-LAN. Über die SAT-Schüssel gab es nur ZDF. Klimaanlage gibt es nur eine im Wohn-/Essbereich, da kann es in den Schlafzimmer trotz offener Türen bei > 40 Grad schon warm werden. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter (nur Englisch) ist liebenswürdig und an Gastfreundschaft bis jetzt das Beste, was wir je bei einem Ferienhaus erlebt haben. Fazit: für Familien mit Kindern und Auto sehr empfehlenswert.”
