Amazingly renovated old stone villa with a large garden and private outdoor pool

Tastefully renovated stone romantic Villa of 170 m2 comprises on the ground floor a large living room with large kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with toilet and few outdoor terraces, one of them covered, as well as three bedrooms, two full baths and an outdoor terrace on the first floor.
The whole property (about 3000m2) is fenced. The property has a large outdoor private pool with a paved terrace (approx. 70m2), a large pebble beach (over 100m2), a covered terrace with fireplace/grill, a green grassy meadow and a cultivated garden. The pebble beach and grassy meadow can serve as an ideal playground for children. The pool and surrounding area are completely protected from any unwanted gaze.

The house can accommodate 6 persons, which makes it ideal for a relaxing family vacation amidst wonderful countryside. Carefully furnished, spacious rooms are divided over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with extra dining area and a bathroom.
All rooms are different, with the old beams and vaulted wood and visible original stone. This is one really eco- friendly property.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, with two bathrooms and direct access to the outdoor terrace.
Take a dip in the villas inviting pool and soak up the sun on the sun loungers and pebble beach or prepare delicious meals on the barbecue and dine on the covered terrace on a few hundred years old restored oak table.

The villa is located in hinterland of Opatija and Rijeka, yet only a 15 minutes drive from Opatija and Rijeka. The house was originally built in the 17th century, and for sure it will amaze you both with its interior as well as exterior. The house was fully restored in harmony with the surroundings, preserving the charm of traditional seaside houses with characteristic thick stone walls and colorful shutters.

The house is located in a small hamlet surrounded by an endless forest area. The favorable position offers an ideal opportunity for those who prefer a quiet vacation away from the stress and noise. In this area is a constant mingling of mountain and Mediterranean climate.
Without any doubt, you can enjoy the fresh forest air, have complete privacy, and at the same time be only a 10-minutes drive to nearby towns on the coast. . The complete property is designed so that absolute privacy is enjoyed, no one can see you on the whole estate.
Entrance to the property is possible from the south and north side. Direct from the backyard there is a wide range of marked bike trails, forest roads and peaks with a beautiful view of the Kvarner bay and the hinterland.

The seaside villages on Opatija Riviera with beautiful beaches and restaurants such as the largest Croatian port city Rijeka are only 10 km away and are only 10-minutes drive away.

Rijeka Airport is at a distance of 35 km. In the range of approximately 100 kilometers, there are four international airports - Zagreb, Ljubljana, Trieste, Pula and 200km away is Venice airport.

Seven restaurants are located nearby, in a range of 500 to a maximum of 1000 meters away, as well as a few smaller grocery stores. Larger supermarkets such as Spar, Lidl, Billa or Plodine are about 4 kilometers away. The beach at Črnikovica and Preluk, in Opatija, is about 10 kilometers away.

This location is ideal for visiting the Kvarner Islands, hilly Gorski Kotar or idyllic landscape of Istria as well as other famous tourist sites such as Plitvice Lakes, Postojna Cave ... Therefore, a car is recommended.
