Pleasant and comfortable apartment with a sea view

Mastrinka, pleasantly quiet village near Trogir. The apartment is located in a building on the 3rd floor, 100 meters from the gravel and concrete beach. 2.3 km from the town of Trogir and 27 km from Split.

The terrace has a comfortable garden furniture, sea view and barbecue for enjoying in summer evenings.
Bedroom have balcony with sea view.

On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room and bathroom, and on the second floor there are two bedrooms and bathroom. Each room are air conditioned, bathrooms and living area had underfloor heating. Flat TV is located in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and equipment. On the balcony there is an outdoor gas grill and terrace with outdoor furniture overlooking the sea. The apartment is equipped with towels, bed linens and necessary toiletries.

The gravel and concrete beach is about 100 meters and about 90 steps away. The town center with restaurants and cultural content 2300 meters away. Grocery store is 100 meters away.

Access road from the main road to the entrance (about 20 meters) is steep. The house is located on a slope.
