Cosy holiday apartment with a balcony and a canopy beach chair by the sea

This holiday apartment is on the first floor of a detached four-family house and is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Carolinensiel, in the Wittmund region. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the centre and two kilometres to the sea.

The living room opens onto the furnished balcony facing south, so you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. There is a garden table with four chairs. You can end the evening with a sociable meal together on the cosy balcony and watch the sun slowly setting on the horizon. During the warm season (April to October) a canopy beach chair is available for you free of charge by the sea in Harlesiel. Two bicycles and a handcart can also be used at your own risk. You can park your car free of charge on a private outdoor parking space. Pets are allowed on request.

The apartment of around 70m2 has a living and dining room with a corner sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV with a DVD player, a stereo system with a USB port, and a dining table for up to four people. The adjoining kitchen is open towards the living room and is equipped with an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. The big bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200cm wide), two bedside tables, a cupboard and a dresser. The second bedroom has two single beds (100cm wide), two bedside tables and a cupboard. The owner can provide a child’s bed and a highchair free of charge. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine (free use). Heating and free wireless Internet access are available in all rooms of the apartment.

The sea is 2km away, a wonderful walk along the Harle. The museum harbour, various restaurants, a bakery and supermarket are just a ten-minute walk away. The spa centre with is about a 15-minute walk away with wellness treatments, a sauna and a variety of fitness equipment.

    “Ist absolut empfehlenswert. Positiv: Haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Haus und Lage gut. Es war alles vorhanden was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Negativ: Hatte bei der Buchung nicht beachtet das wir an den Hundestrand mussten. Für Gäste mit Hund ist das sicherlich angenehm. Strand war auch zuweit. Aber das liegt immer im Auge des Betrachters.”
