The apartment is at the heart of the idyllic town centre of Grottammare. The completely newly renovated holiday apartment is on the ground floor and measures around 90m². The modern living room provides a sofa corner with satellite TV. From here you can access the well-equipped kitc hen with a dining space, providing all the necessary kitchen utensils, along with a dishwasher, a gas stove with an oven and a toaster. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The second light bedroom has three single beds and a wardrobe. The larger modern bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC, the smaller bathroom with a toilet and bidet.

The adjoining green front garden has a large table, chairs and a grill.

This apartment is ideal for families who would like to enjoy the beach and the sea, or get to know vibrant Italian life in a charming seaside town.

Owing to the central location, many amenities and the sandy beach are within walking distance. Nearby cultural towns such as Ascoli Piceno – the town of 100 towers, Fermo and Ripatransone are worth a trip not only because of the fascinating drive through the inland area.

    Die Wohnung ist ruhig, dennoch sehr nah an der Fußgängerzone und am Strand.
    Die kleine Terrasse vor der Wohnung verfügt über einen gemütlichen Tisch mit Sonnenschirm und einem Grill.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

    “Der Empfang am Anreisetag war bereits besonders freundlich und die Wohnung war in einem sehr ordentlichen, sauberen Zustand.
    Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar und steht gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Auch die Menschen in der direkten Nachbarschaft sind sehr freundlich. Die kleine Terrasse verfügt über einen Sonnenschirm, sodass immer für ein schattiges Plätzchen gesorgt ist.”
