    “Leider präsentierte sich das Objekt in einem nicht gut gepflegtem Zustand. Als erstes mußten wir den Staubsauger in die Hand nehmen. Die Ausstattung hatte oft die beste Zeit schon hinter sich. Der Backofen funktionierte nicht, die Dusche war verstopft. Viele Lampen waren ohne Leuchtmittel oder defekt. Die Beschreibung des Objekts war teilweise nicht zutreffend (es gibt kein wirkliches Badezimmer - dies ist nur eine Dusche ohne Waschbecken oder WC, einzige Waschmöglichkeit ist ein kleines Waschbecken in der Toilette; das 3. Schlafzimmer hatte nur eine Matratze auf dem Boden -> nach Beschwerde wurde ein Bett hineingestellt; es gab keinen DVD-Player).
