For our welcome guests we have available, in a beautiful property consisting of several units, this nice apartment with a beautiful view over the sea and the charming beach of "La Paolina". The position of the apartment is very convenient, halfway between the towns of Procchio and Marciana Marina. Nearby you can find several beaches: Redinoce is at about 300 mt, La Paolina at about 1,5 km, Procchio, Campo all'Aia and Spartaia are at about 4 km. The apartment has a comfortable outdoor space, equipped with table and chairs.
The one- bedroom apartment for 2/4 persons, of about 40 sqm, has an indepedent entrance and it is composed of a living room with fully equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, TV, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a terrace with a beautiful sea view, equipped with table and chairs. The furniture is modern, new and functional, with air condition. The private uncovered parking place is at about 100 metres: to reach it with the car you need to drive along a stretch of dirt road of about 1 km and from the parking place to the apartment there is a short staircase.
Arrivals: free stays, in August min. 7 nights. Check -in from 16.00 to 19.00. Departures: check -out within 9.00 am. Utilities: light, water, gas, air condition, included.
