The location
of the house is wonderful for a relaxing holiday in one of the most beatiful regions of the Croatian seaside. The village itself is nice, you are just a stroll away from all the restaurants, bars, stores, bakeries and the market filled with local produce. The pebbled beach is 400 m away, which is a great option for families with smaller children. The island has several exceptional beaches which are famous for their beauty, and they are all within the driving distance of 5 to 10 minutes. You can also rent a boat or an excursion to the nearby Kornati national park, which is an archipelago of 170 mostly uninhabited small islands, surrounded by the clearest, bluest sea you can imagine!

The living room opens onto the private sunny terrace, where you can make yourselves comfortable around the traditional stone grill and enjoy leisurely meals under a blue sky, or simply sunbathe in absolute privacy.

The generous 140m² apartment (68m² indoor space plus 72m² terrace) on the ground floor of the two-storey stone house consists of a living and dining room flooded with daylight and with an integrated open kitchen, two bedrooms and a modern daylight bathroom. The living room provides a spacious corner sofa suite, a wide flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a stereo system and a dining table with a glass top and six chairs. The white glossy built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a four-zone electric hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster and ample crockery and cutlery. Of the two bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and the other with a bunk bed (each 90 x 200cm) and an additional single bed of the same size. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a further double bed (140 x 200cm). The daylight bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. A washing machine is available in the house for shared use. A highchair can be provided on request. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.

Murter is the largest settlement on the island of the same name, which has the greatest number of islands in its archipelago (over 170), with a large number of sandy beaches along its coastline (Čigrađa, Slanica, Podvrške…), as well as numerous interesting destinations in its vicinity (the national parks: Kornati, Paklenica, and Krka; the nature parks of Telašćica and Vransko Lake; the cities of Zadar, Šibenik, and Split).
Specialized restaurants and inns offer a wealth of gastronomic specialities. The remains of Roman buildings, as well as the remains of the antic settlement Colentum, can be found at the foot of the Gradine elevation, in the Hramina cove and elsewhere.

    “Tolles Anwesen in guter Lage, da man gleich Mitten im Getümmel ist. Ausblick ist leider nicht sehr ansprechend. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön gemacht, nur wäre die Ein oder Andere Reparatur mittlerweile notwendig. Leider hat man keine Möglichkeit das Auto in der Nähe zu parken, jedoch stellt einen der Gastgeber eine kostenlose Parkkarte etwas außerhalb zur Verfügung.Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und hat alle Mängel sofort beseitigt. Auch seine Tipps waren sehr hilfreich. Obwohl die Küchenschränke gut gefüllt sind, sollte man sich unbedingt ein scharfes Messer und wichtige Gebrauchsgegenstände mitnehmen. Standstrand und Restaurants waren zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar.”

    “Poloha domu ideální, v centru městečka, 3 minuty od městské pláže, blízko do restaurací, obchodů... Dům velmi pěkný, čistý, vybavení zcela dostačující, vše v naprostém pořádku. Pronajímal nesmírně ochotný a milý, neustále v kontaktu, připravený zodpovědět řešit jakékoli otázky či řešit případné problémy. Komunikace v angličtině.”

    “Wir waren sehr begeistert, der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr sehr freundlich, immer da, wenn man mal eine Frage oder Anliegen hat, tel. immer erreichbar. Antwortet sofort auf SMS, er ist sehr darauf bedacht, dass man sich wohl fühlt und die Insel und Strände kennt, uns hat er alles gezeigt, worüber wir sehr dankbar waren. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, Tiere sind herzlichst Willkommen, Vermieter sehr Tierlieb. Wir werden dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und wir selbst waren nicht das letzte mal in diesem Haus.

    Nur ein Sache, die für uns wichtig ist: In der Beschreibung steht drin "gemeinschaftliche Nutzung einer Waschmaschine", die auch die Gäste der oberen Etage nutzten, das war allerdings nicht so, wir hatten eine EIGENE Maschine in der unteren Etage worüber wir uns dann sehr gefreut haben, sollte man vielleicht mal in der Beschreibung ändern, finden wir, einen Pluspunkt mehr eine eigene Maschine nutzen zu können. Die Lage ist super, ein paar Schritte und man hat, Bäckereien, Geschäfte, und Strände, unzählige Restaurants und viel Unterhaltung am Abend durch Life Musik usw. Das einzige, wo wir einen Minus Punkt geben, ist, dass das Auto nicht am Haus zu Parken ist, allerdings kann man in die Strasse rein fahren um die Koffer aus und einzuladen.”
