Spacious holiday apartments in a central location in the 15th district, with the underground and tram within a few minutes’ walk

These spacious apartments are in an apartment building that is centrally located in the 15th district of Vienna, to the west of the city centre. Owing to the convenient transport connections, with the underground and tram nearby, the apartments are an ideal starting point for exploring the capital of Austria.



The renovated apartments are all equipped with a TV and a wireless Internet connection.



Right in front of the house along the street there are public parking spaces. A short-term parking zone applies at the address from Mondays to Fridays between 9.00 and 19.00. During these periods a ticket has to be displayed. If you would like to park longer term then you can do so using the park & ride system.



Please note that pets have to be agreed in advance.



Various supermarkets and restaurants are right around the corner. It is a ten to fifteen-minute walk to Schönbrunn Castle with the Tierpark, a three-minute walk to the U4/U6 underground station Längenfeldgasse and the Westbahn City, a five-minute walk to several train connections. The underground U3/U6 and various trams are nearby. It only takes 8 minutes by U3 from the Westbahnhof to the city centre Wien-Mitte, Stephansplatz.



Nice Holiday Apartment in Fünfhaus

This apartment is on the second floor and provides 70m² of space for four people. The living room is laid with parquet, the bathroom with tiles. The entrance area has a dresser with storage space. The living room with an integrated kitchen provides a suite with a table and five upholstered chairs, a TV and wireless Internet access. The open kitchen unit is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, capsule coffee machine, extractor fan, microwave, sink and fridge/freezer. The 8m² bathroom is fitted with a bath with a shower, a washbasin, a hairdryer, bath and hand towels, for a good start to the day. The separate WC measures around 3m². The apartment has two bedrooms. The main bedroom of around 15m² is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a wardrobe and storage space, while the second of around 12m² has two single beds (90 x 200cm), a cupboard and storage space.

    “Zustand der Wohnung teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, sonst aber ok. Die Stühle sind allerdings instabil und die nicht schließende Toilettentür sollte dringend repariert werden. Positiv sind die neuen schalldichten Fenster und die ideale Busverbindung vor der Tür alle 10 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt (Naturkundemuseum). Die direkte Umgebung des Hauses ist allerdings nicht sehr einladend und die Gehentfernungen in der Beschreibung sind zu knapp bemessen.”

    “Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr spartanisch. Es fehlte Geschirr für vier Personen. Das Geschirr und die Töpfe standen schmutzig im Schrank. Die einzige Pfanne war so voller altem Fett, dass sie unbenutzbar war. Sogar ein kaputtes Glas fanden wir in dem sehr muffig riechendem Schrank. Es gab nur ein (nicht sauberes) Geschirrhandtuch, keinen Messbecher, kein scharfes Messer usw..
    Die Betten hatten dünne und durchgelegene Matratzen, die Kopfkissen kaum noch Füllung.
    Die Tür zur Toilette war so verzogen, dass sie sich nicht richtig schliessen ließ. Die Badewanne war absolut unansehnlich durch vielen Macken im Boden.”

Zu Ihrer Information, dieses Apartment wird auch von anderen Plattformen beworden und deren Gäste schreiben. zB. Jan gemietet von 17-19.03.2018 Ich kann mich den vorangegangenen positiven Rezensionen nur anschließen: Checkin/Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unklompiziert. Die Lage des Appartements ist etwas außerhalb, dafür ruhig und mit den Öffentlichen ist man sehr schnell an allen Touri-Hotspots. Die Wohnung selbst war super, auch für 4 Personen, wir hatten nichts auszusetzen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für Johannes und dieses Appartement. Zu Ihrer Information, vorsorglich wurden die Matratzen ausgetauscht, die Tür zur Toilette überprüft. Zu den schmutzigen Geschirr in der Küche können wir keine Stellungnahme mehr abgeben, da die Wohnung nach Ihrer Abreise stark verschmutz war. Johannes”
