Holiday Apartment in Guatiza with Real Garden and Countryside Views

Very peaceful, private and idyllic edge of village location in Guatiza, just a short walk from the Cactus Garden and local restaurants and 8 minutes drive to Arrieta beach. With stunning private tropical garden, outdoor shower, BBQ and outdoor dining, chill out spaces in sun and shade, high speed fibre optic broadband, Internet TV and IPTV system (all channels, films, live sport etc), wood burner, large walk in shower, walking distance to Cactus Garden, short drive to beach at Arrieta. Short walk to local bars, restaurants and shops.

Externally, there´s an outdoor shower for cooling off and various seating areas dotted around the tropical courtyard garden in both sun and shade, so guests can really enjoy spending as much time as possible outdoors. Outdoor furniture includes a comfortable sofa, two sun loungers, dining chairs and an outdoor dining area and a banquette seat underneath the pergola. There is a portable barbecue for cooking outside. There is also outdoor lighting and electricity sockets so you can listen to music outside too.The owners have created a great outdoor dining area using an old tree trunk as a table base. And they are real garden lovers - continually improving the courtyard and adding new plants on a regular basis.The garden provides great colour and interest all year round and hosts a wonderful range of plants including a huge Bengalese Fig or Banyan tree, a giant Drago palm - typical of the Canary Islands - Mascarena palms, Traveller palms, African aloes, bananas, strelitzas, hibiscus, orchids and much more besides.

Part of a 300 year old former farmhouse which has been stylishly renovated for maximum guest comfort. With free high speed fibre optic broadband internet and Internet TV system, featuring all of the latest movies, live sport and all channels.Guests enter via a private courtyard garden packed with mature tropical plants before entering the casita through large glass doors that open from the garden into the living room. There's a total internal floor space of around 60m square (and about the same again externally), divided between....LIVING ROOM - Comfortably furnished with cosy sofa, wood burner, large screen TV, views to the garden and indoor dining area.KITCHEN - Fully equipped with gas hob, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.BATHROOM- Marble tiled, with a large walk-in shower with excellent water pressure.BEDROOM- King size double bed (160x200), built in wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lamps, windows opening onto unspoilt countryside views.Towels, beach towels and bedding are all included in the price.

The villa is about 3 km from a sandy beach in Arrieta. It is a five minute walk to the cactus garden. It is only 500 meters to shops, cafes and restaurants.

Free on street parking is available. The Finca is surrounded by fields and there are great walks right on the doorstep.

    “Es handelt sich um eine geräumige und moderne Finca mit einem wunderschönen, liebevoll gepflegten Garten. Sehr ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenso der bekannte Jardin de Cactus.
    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.
    Sehr zu empfehlen wenn jemand abseits des Massentourismus einen schönen Urlaub verbringen möchte.”

    “Die Finca Botanico trägt ihren Namen zu Recht!
    Eine sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtete Finca, mit einem hinreißenden, komplett umfriedeten Garten laden zur Entspannung ein. Hier heißt es wirklich Ankommen...Abschalten... Urlaub.
    Mehrere liebevoll durchdachte Sitzgelegenheiten laden dazu ein!

    Auch die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
    Die Gastgeberin, Frau Ball ist eine sehr liebe, hilfsbereite Person.
    Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub, den wir bestimmt hier wieder verbringen werden.”

    “Alles war ganz ausgezeichnet: neues, geräumiges Bad mit komfortabler Dusche (rain shower und Handbrause), Fliesen, Handtücher sehr geschmackvoll Ton in Ton ausgewählt, dito das große Zimmer, das Schlafzimmer und die Küche; kleines Manko - auf dem Esstisch bleibt neben dem Satelliten-Receiver und Router wenig Platz fürs Essen - aber man frühstückt, isst, sitzt und liegt ohnehin draußen. Der große Garten (sicher an die 100 qum) ist eine Augenweide und lädt schon deshalb dazu ein, ihn ausgiebig zu nutzen. Die Vermieter sind nett und sehr freundlich. Kurz, wem die Ruhe des Inlands lieber ist als die Betriebsamkeit der wuchernden Feriensiedlungen an der Südküste, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.”
