These friendly apartments are locates just a stone's throw from the beach walk in Plymouth in southern England. These flats not only have the ocean, but also many amenities - literally - right on their doorstep.

The apartments are located in a romantic, listed building, dating to 1860. They were renovated and newly furnished in 2016 and offer modern amenities, including Wi-Fi throughout.

If you are traveling by car you can rest assured that free parking is available in front of the house.

It is about 300 m to the beach, shops and Merry Old England cafes. It is 500 meters to the beach walk, bars and restaurants. Plymouth is ideal for discovering Devon's beautiful beaches.

Die großzügig ausgelegte, 130m² große Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem lichtdurchfluteten Wohn- und Essbereich, einer separaten, vollständig ausgestatteten Küche mit Essbereich, vier Schlafzimmern und zwei Tageslichtbadezimmern. Im Wohnbereich erwarten Sie zwei gemütliche Sessel, ein Flachbildfernseher und ein DVD Spieler. Nebenan bietet die Küche eine Spülmaschine, ein Ceran Kochfeld , einen Backofen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, einen Wasserkocher, Toaster und einen Esstisch aus Holz mit sechs Stühlen. Drei der vier Schlafzimmer sind jeweils mit einem großen Doppelbett ausgestattet und im vierten Schlafzimmer finden Sie ein Einzelbett vor. Die beiden Badezimmer haben einmal eine Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung und einmal eine Duschkabine, beide verfügen noch über einen Waschtisch mit Wandspiegel, einen Föhn und eine Toilette. Auf Anfrage kann Ihnen auch ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl bereitgestellt werden.

Durch die große Glasfensterfront im Wohnbereich können Sie den weitreichenden Blick auf das blaue Meer und die lange Strandpromenade genießen.
