Holiday suite with modern furnishing, with a terrace and shared use of a garden

The property is between Hamburg and Glücksstadt in Schleswig-Holstein and offers a holiday apartment that was fully renovated in 2015 and has been furnished and equipped to the latest standards.

There is a terrace with garden furniture and a grill in the garden. You can share use of the big parking space by the house.

The apartment is on the ground floor and provides 120m² of space for discerning guests. You enter the apartment into a big room with under-floor heating and three windows facing the courtyard. There is a separate entrance door at ground level. The generous entrance area features a fireplace. The living room includes a high-quality built-in kitchen, fully equipped for four people. You can sit at the big square table with four rotating leather chairs. There are two leather armchairs with footrests for watching TV and relaxing. There is a little round glass table. The TV is mounted to the wall. The Internet stereo system is below the 65“ TV. There is also a double bed in this room. The bedroom is furnished with a textile bed (180 x 200cm) and a big wardrobe with plenty of wooden hangers. The bed was made by a beds specialist ad has a Vario Royal System adjustable height. The slatted frame is not adjustable, but it has a high-quality 7-zone hotel comfort mattress for a good night’s sleep. Bed linen (Makko Satain) is provided, with 135 x 200cm duvets and pillows (one 80 x 80cm, one 40 x 80cm). The bedroom also has under-floor heating, as does the shower room with a big mirror, a makeup mirror that magnifies seven times, a hairdryer, washing lotion and a washbasin one metre wide, an open rain shower and a washing machine. White towels and bath mats are provided. An Internet connection is available.

The nearest locality is about 3km away, with an outdoor pool, cafés and restaurants. You can also do shopping 3km away. It is 15km to a golf course and the nearest train station is 4km away.

E-bikes can be rented for a small additional fee. If you do not feel like preparing breakfast some days then the owner can be of assistance.
