Holiday House in Posedarje with Large Garden

Villa Jukic is located in a small coastal village Posedarje, which is located on the coast of Novigrad Sea, 25 km from the town of Zadar.Villa is ideal for two families with children, there are two large bedrooms from each you have access to a smaller one, perfect for children, two children's cot, two bathrooms with shower, kitchen with all appliances ... in front of the house is a large garden with a swimming pool, barbecue, table tennis and trampoline .. It is located near the famous national parks of Paklenica, Velebit, the river Krka, Kornati and Plitvice Lakes. Posedarje has many restaurants, coffee bars, shops, bakery, fish market, butcher, post office and a park for children. The price includes use of the Internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning and towels, dishes and bedding. The distance from the beach and the center of the village of 400 m, about 5 min walk. The village has a sandy, gravel and concrete beach.Recently (2015) fully renovated, authentic natural stone house with a private pool, a traditional stone grill on the generous sun terrace, and a trampoline and a sandpit for children in the enclosed garden.

The living room opens towards the 600m² enclosed garden with its 4 x 7-metre private pool. Next to the pool there is a traditional stone grill, covered terrace, inviting you to enjoy leisurely meals together outdoors. Children will enjoy the large trampoline and an array of toys. If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking space right in front of the house.

The traditional natural stone house from the year 1970 was fully renovated just recently in 2015 and provides all the necessary modern standards for a comfortable stay. The living space of 100m² comprises a small living/ dining room,fully-equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms and in each large have one small ( so 4 beedroms) and two bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and a wooden dining table with four ( outside have more chairs) chairs. The modern, white built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove with an elegant cooker hood, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine.The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and even a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.

Your holiday house is only about 350 metres from the centre of the little locality of Posedarje with shops, colourful markets (the fish market is especially popular) and a wide range of gastronomy. It is only about 400 metres to the nearest beach. Posedarje is conveniently located, with easy access to the Paklenica and Velebit national parks, as well as the Kornati and Plitvice lakes. The historical harbour town of Zadar about 25 km away is definitely worth a day trip.

    “Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu fünft mit drei Hunden. Es ist nicht zu touristisch und liegt mehr im Wohngebiet, also groß Party machen ist nicht, aber das wollten wir auch nicht. Aber zu Fuß in den Ort und in den nächsten Supermarkt … keine 5 Minuten. Das Haus ist supersauber. Wenn man nicht abspülen will, sondern mit Geschirrspüler spült, wird Besteck und Geschirr bisschen wenig, aber damit kann man leben”

    “Der Vermieter war sehr nett und immer erreichbar die Unterkunft genau so wie auf den Bilder und alles sauber und vorhanden.
    Die Lage war super halbe std von Zadar einer schönen Stadt entfernt wo Nachtleben und allgm ausgehen und essen gehen etc. möglich war”

    Nachbarn die sich beschweren und Polizei Die das Öfteren vorbei kommt wegen Ruhestörung!

    “Ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr nette Gastgeber und eine gute Lage. Hat uns sehr gefallen.
    Bin nur der Meinung, dass es nicht für 10 Personen geeignet ist, da das 5. Bett eine Couch in der Küche ist.
    Ansonsten tipptopp.”
