Detached house Violeta with a extensive garden

This comfortably furnished holiday house enjoys a quiet location amidst green nature, a little outside of the peaceful little village of Salakovci on the sunny Istrian peninsula, an ideal place for spending a relaxing holiday away from tourist noise and with plenty of privacy.

The living room opens onto the 1000m² garden and your private, sunny terrace, with a solid wood table and matching wooden benches. The big, traditional stone grill invites you to enjoy leisurely meals together outdoors. The outdoor shower is very convenient. The green garden provides plenty of sun loungers and a parasol for relaxing. In the garden is situated a trampoline for children. The fenced garden is perfect for guests with pets.

The ground-level holiday house from the year 1951 was completely renovated in the year 2000 and is comfortably furnished and well-equipped for a pleasant stay. It has a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a modern flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a dining table with four chairs. Right next to it there is the fully-equipped kitchen with a four-zone gas stove with an elegant stainless steel extractor fan, an electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. An additional bed of 70 x 180cm can be provided for a child. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided.

Your holiday villa is about 5km from the centre of the little town of Labin with shopping facilities and a good range of gastronomy. The nearest cafés and restaurants are about 2km away. It is about 45km to the airport.

A car is recommended during your stay and you can find secure parking spaces right in front of the house.

    “Sehr zu empfehlen! Positiv: Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und haben sich auch erkundigt ob alle passt.
    Sehr ruhig und idyllischen zum Entspannen.
    Alles was man braucht an Geschirr und Haushaltssachen waren vorhanden.
    Die Waschmaschine habe ich in Italien immer vermisst doch hier gab es eine.
    Grosser Auslauf für Hunde im eingezäunten Gelände.
    Trampolin für meinen Sohn war auch das.
    Alles bestens und gerne weiter zu empfehlen.
    Die Gastgeber haben auch etwas zum Naschen vorbei gebracht. Negativ: überhaupt keine negativen Bewertungen möglich weil alles top war Ausflüge: Rabac - Baden”
