This brand new and very modern apartment is on the fifth floor of the building and is by the old harbour in Reykjavik. The house has a lift. A special highlight of the apartment is the fantastic view of the harbour area. It provides ideal accommodation for an individual city trip or a shopping weekend.The 80m² apartment has chic furnishing and comfortable beds. The first bedroom has a double bed 180cm wide, the other two each have two single beds (three beds 90cm wide, one bed 120cm wide). There are two bathrooms, one ensuite with a shower, WC, washbasin, illuminated mirror and towel radiator, the other also with a shower along with a bath. The living room consists of a fully-equipped kitchen space, a dining table in front of it with six chairs, and a sitting area with two elegant leather sofas. All the rooms can be heated. The apartment has a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.The open view from the balcony towards the old harbour is simply staggering and will delight you. The balcony has a little side table and two folding chairs. There are free parking spaces on the right side of the building, as well as opposite.A cot, a highchair and wireless Internet access are available and included in the rental price.Near the apartment you can find restaurants and interesting sights, such as the Viking Maritime Museum, the Saga Museum, the restaurant Coocoo’s Nest or the wonderful Valdis ice cream stall. Several grocery shops and a pharmacy are also nearby. The nearest grocery shop is only two minutes away. Boats depart regularly from the old harbour at Reykjavik, right next to the whale-catching boats, to the whale areas for whale watching.
