Wonderful Holiday House in Milna with Sunny Terrace and Panoramic View

This exclusive luxury holiday villa enjoys a spectacular location, literally right above the blue Adriatic, in the Osibova bay, just outside the picturesque little harbour town of Milna on the west coast of the sunny island of Brac, lined with pine forests. The big glass sliding doors in the living room open onto the private, sunny terrace. You can make yourselves comfortable on the lounge furniture and enjoy an extensive panoramic view. The traditional stone grill invites you to enjoy leisurely meals under a starry sky. Stone stairs lead down to the private swimming bay. A metal ladder makes it easier to get into the crystal clear sea. After a day on the beach you can use the convenient outdoor shower. A car is recommended during your stay, with three secure parking spaces right in front of the house. Also the landlord can provide a boat mooring ( for a about 10 m long boat) for a small extra charge.

The two-storey holiday villa was newly built just recently in 2014, stylishly furnished and equipped with all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning units in every room. The living space of 240m² comprises a living and dining room flooded with daylight and with an integrated, open kitchen, three bedrooms, three highly modern daylight bathrooms, a guest toilet and a separate laundry room. The living room has a generous corner sofa suite and an armchair, a digital flatscreen TV mounted to the wall (cable and satellite channels, DVD and CD player), a Nintendo Wii games console, a stereo system with an iPod dock, a safe for your valuables and a dining table with eight chairs. Next to it there is the kitchen with only the latest appliances, including a cooking island with a ceramic hob and cooker hood, dishwasher, electric oven, American fridge with freezer compartment, ice maker and water dispenser, a kettle, toaster, mixer and coffee machine. There is a convenient guest toilet, as well as a separate laundry room with a washing machine. Wide wooden stairs lead to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms, of which two are en-suite. All the bedroom windows look out over the garden and the sea. One has a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, the second has a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, the third has two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm that can also be pushed together as a double bed. The sofa in the living room can also be converted into an additional double bed measuring 140 x 230cm. Two of the three bathrooms are fitted with a bath with a shower attachment, while the other has a shower cubicle. All of them also have a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer, and a toilet. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provide and the reliable wireless Internet access in the villa can be used free of charge. Your pet is welcome for a small fee.

Your holiday villa is about 2km from the centre of the little town of Milna with its romantic harbour, range of shops, colourful markets, a good selection of cafés and restaurants, and nightlife. The nearest restaurant is just 1km away.

    “Freundliches, helles, toll ausgestattetes Haus in großartiger ruhiger Lage am Meer am Ende einer kleinen Sackgasse. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Vermieterin bzw. ihre Vertretung vor Ort ist bei Fragen und für Infos immer erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder :)”

    “Ein tolles Haus, ein wunderschöner Aussenbereich, Kroatien pur! Positiv: Die Lage in der Bucht ist einfach sensationell! Negativ: Die Autostrecke von Milna bis hin zum Haus ist teliweise sehr eng, doch sobald man im Haus ist, ist das schnell vergessen!”
