This beautiful Provencal holiday villa, with a large private swimming pool, is 5km away from the center of Pertuis and 20km from Aix, but in a very peaceful area in the countryside. It has large fenced grounds and a discreet caretaker is on site. At the heart of Provence, near Luberon, Pertuis is the capital of Aigues, which means "water". This is a very lively city and full of riches to discover. Let’s go in March to the wine fair and gastronomy, in May to the fair flowers, the flower parade in June and the popular market, in July the Festival Holiday Ink and Sun Art and in August in Pertuis Plage… and many more. This holiday property is bordered by the Durance, at the boundary of Bouches-du-Rhône, just 45km away from Marseille and 1 hour from Avignon. But for simple walks in the quiet countryside, there are lots to do! Castles and ponds (fishing pond 2km) among which the 7 lakes of Beaumont, a nature reserve where cars are banned and where you can enjoy a peaceful and varied natural landscape.

    “Het huis is heel ruim en de ligging is bijzonder rustig. Twee van de drie slaapkamers hebben airco. De living en de keuken zijn prima uitgerust met alle faciliteiten om te koken en te ontspannen voor de tv. De tuin ligt er evenwel wat verloederd en onverzorgd bij. Het tuinmeubilair is tot op de draad versleten en hier en daar ligt wat rommel. Het zwembad is erg groot, maar niet proper. Slechts na aandringen kwam een technieker de verstopte filters schoonmaken.
    Voor de toch forse huurprijs die wij betaalden, mocht het elekticiteitsverbruik wel inbegrepen zijn. Nu betaalden wij 62 euro extra voor nog geen twee weken verblijf.”
